The rally will start at the same place as the FFNs, behind the Bank of America at 10300 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345 (enter off Devonshire -- southeast corner of the Target plaza parking lot). Rally Route Instructions will be given out on the day starting at 9:00 am, first car starts at 10:01 am (cars run one minute apart), and the rally will take approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete. There is a beginner/Richta meeting at 9:40 am.

Rallymaster for August 9 is Rachel Smith. This rally will be an SCCA Regional tour rally. All roads will be paved and public. Events will run rain or shine. These events are NOT races. They are contests of precise driving and accurate navigation.
