Phoenix AZ Solo Region Event Early Registration Policy:
Registration usually opens Wednesday at 8 pm 2 weeks prior to the event for PASR members only.
Friday at 8 pm the PASR limitation is lifted, and registration is open to non-members also.
If entry slots are full, go ahead and join the waitlist. Registrations will be confirmed from the waitlist for drivers on a first come basis as cancels come in.
Phoenix AZ Solo Region Guest Policy:
Guests are welcome at no charge. Guests can register here as guests and waiver links and updated information will be emailed to you. Registration is not required, but a completed Speedwaiver is required to enter the event. Speedwaivers must be completed prior to entry so registering as a guest is recommended. Drivers with unregistered guests should forward the waiver links to your guest and make sure they have any updated event information. The club reserves the right to decline to admit any guest who arrives 30 minutes or so within the close of the event, they will be invited to join us at our next event.

6:00 am Gates Open for set up, waiver, reg, SSS
6:30 am Gates Open for drivers and guests ( Maybe 6:15 am ??) and Tech & Registration Opens
7:00 am Grid Open for Run Group A
7:30 am Registration and Tech close
7:40 am Driver’s Safety Meeting
7:50 am “C” Group Drivers - Check In for Worker assignments and report to stations
8:00 am “A” Group Drivers Parade Lap
8:10 am “A” Group First car out.
Each Run Group Run Time – Estimated 90 Minutes with 10 Minute Turn-Over
9:20 Call “D” Group Drivers for Worker Check-in/Assignments
9:25 am Open Grid for “B” Group Drivers
9:30 am Send “D” Group Driver Workers out to stations
9:50 am “B” Group Drivers Parade Lap
10:00 am “B” Group First Car Out
11:10 am Call “A” Group Drivers for Worker Check-in/Assignments
11:15 am Open Grid for “C” Group Drivers
11:20 am Send “A” Driver Group Workers to Stations
11:40 am “C” Group Drivers Parade Lap
11:50 am “C” Group First Car Out
1 pm Call “B” Group Drivers for Worker Check-in/Assignments
1:05 pm Open Grid for “D” Group Drivers
1:10 pm Send B Group Driver Workers to Stations
1:30 pm “D” Group Drivers Parade Lap
1:40 pm “D” Group First Car Out
3:10 pm “D” Run Group Session Ends.
3:10 pm – Course Clean Up (All cars & Drivers off the site by 3:55 pm)
Event requirements
Updated Event requirements for registration:
- Only Pre-Registered drivers are able to compete, no walk up registration.
- Loaner helmets will be available for use, first come first served, please return when not in use so others will have access to them.
- Please sign Speedwaiver using link in online receipt and show confirmation Speedwaiver is signed at waiver station.
